Mrs. Jagruti Engineer, is the Promoter Director of the Company since incorporation. She has been managing the Administration, Human Resource and Corporate Social Responsibility Departments of the Company and has controlled significantly towards the growth of the Company and her services are indispensable. She has done Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and She has Expertise in business Strategies, innovative and diversity.

Mr. Girish Joshi, has been working with the Company since January 2014. He is commerce & law graduate. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with group companies in different positions since 1995. He has more than 35 years of experience in the field of accounts, taxation, legal, administration and liaison.

Mr. Hiranand Savlani is Chief Financial officer of Astral Limited. He is finance professional with more than 26 years of experience. He holds a graduate degree in Commerce from HL College of Commerce, Gujarat, along with being Company Secretary, Cost and Works Accountant and God medallist as well as all India Ranker in Chartered Accountancy. He also holds an LL.B. degree from the University of Gujarat.

His experience in field of finance is diverse and wide which includes various areas like financial planning, insurance, global taxation, investor relation, merger acquisitions, legal and statutory compliances.

He began his career with Dynamic Industries Limited. Subsequently, he worked with Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited.

He joined Astral in 2003 with a First-Generation Promoter. In span of 20 years the group’s revenue has grown more than 330 times from Rs.15 cores to more than Rs. 5000 crores.

In 2007 Astral went into Public with a Market cap of Rs.125 Cr, today the market cap of company is more than Rs. 40,000 crores, giving return of 330 times over a period of 15 years. This kind of phenomenal return to the investors is only be possible because of consistent growth, light balance sheet, maintaining financial discipline and ensuring addressing all the concerns of the investors on a timely basis. Today Astral group is Net debt free group with Cash Surplus of more than Rs. 556 crores as on March 31, 2022.

Under his leadership Astral has done six successful acquisitions and two mergers and a successful QIP. The group has diversified from core piping sector to multi product segments like adhesives and sealants, paints, Sanitaryware and Faucet, infrastructure pipes and plastic tanks. Kairav Engineer is currently serving as the Executive Director at Astral Limited, where he holds the responsibility of overseeing multiple divisions including pipes, bathware, water tanks, and brand communications for the Astral Group. With a career spanning over a decade at Astral, Kairav joined the organization in 2011 and has since held various key positions in business development, brand management, product development, and project management.

Kairav Engineer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Georgia Tech, Atlanta-USA. This educational background has equipped him with a strong foundation in both technical and management disciplines.

Mr. C. K. Gopal holds a Bachelor of Fisheries Science and a Master of Fisheries Sciences degrees from the University of Agriculture Sciences, Bangalore. He is a certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He was previously associated with Corporation Bank in the role of a General Manager. He has experience of over 35 years in banking, at various levels, including over 4 years of experience as a General Manager in the erstwhile Corporation Bank (now merged with Union Bank of India). Mr. Viral Jhaveri, is a well – networked investment Professional with more than 25 years of proven track record in the financial services industry. He has worked from global locations such as Hong Kong Mumbai, Singapore as well as East Africa. He has been asa senior Research analyst for India as well as Asiaex Japan Funds with Amundi Asset Management, Hong Kong. He has also worked as a Director for Credit Suisse and lead CS HOLT Asia research team. He has expertise in Business Strategies, Governance, Risk & Compliance and Merger & Acquisition. He has done Master of commerce and Chartered Accountant.

He is a Practicing Advocate. He is also a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He has more than 30 years of experience in advising clients on taxation, exchange control, Insolvency and Corporate Laws.

He has been extensively involved in advising Indian corporate and multinationals on issues relating to double tax treaties (PE exposures, optimizing tax credits etc), due diligence, transfer pricing, foreign tax systems implications, corporate tax and accounting standards including IFRS, Insolvency Professional. He is a former partner with EY. He is an Executive Committee Member of International Fiscal Association and Secretary of ITAT Bar Association, Ahmedabad. He was a Central Council Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Director of IPA and RVO formed by ICAI and was Chairman of Direct Tax Committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce  and Industries. Mr. Chetas G. Desai is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has experience of more than 29 years pans all aspects of Investment Banking transactions including valuation, structuring, negotiations, etc. for various clients from across the world.

Mr. Chetas G. Desai is currently a Senior Advisor with Ambit Corporate Finance and also works with identified Companies in their operating businesses.

Until Dec 2016, he was the CEO of the Investment Banking business of Ambit. In his role as an Investment Banker he has led and executed more than 25 transactions for MNC & Indian Clients across various Sectors. For eg., Patni, Clariant, Dosch, Astral, Olam etc.,

Post his qualification as a Chartered Accountant he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance vertical leading & executing various engagements. He moved to Ambit from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2006.

Mr. Rajendra Mariwala has done his undergraduate in A. C. College of Technology, Chennai and his Master’s in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, USA. He is currently the Managing Director of Eternis Fine Chemicals Limited, a leading exporter of specialty chemicals. Under his leadership the Company started manufacturing of aroma chemical for fragrance industry in 1993 and over a period of time the Company has established itself as one of the largest aroma chemical players in the world with a manufacturing footprint in India & UK. Recently, the Company has diversified into Cosmetics Ingredients Segment by acquiring Sharon Personal Care Limited a company headquartered in Tel -Aviv, Israel and Italy.

Rajen Mariwala has been an active Executive Committee member and President of Indian Chemical Council for the last year. He brings with him a rich experience of over 30 years in fragrances and 18 years in leading a competitive business in specialty chemicals.

Tanvi is an experienced Startup Investor with a passion for supporting early-stage technology ventures. With 18 years of expertise in technology, startup incubation, and investments, she has successfully mentored and funded numerous startups, helping founders refine their strategies, secure funding, and develop innovative products.

Having held key roles at GVFL Ltd, IIMA Ventures, and Ahmedabad University, Tanvi has cultivated a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that startups face, offering hands-on guidance across various stages of growth.

She has an MBA from Emory University and Masters in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
